Transitions and Transforms
Lesson Overview
Please note: when adding any kind of movement to your project – you need to keep it simple, subtle, and consistent. The movement you create should convey meaning, it should always be enhancing, not distracting and annoying.
In this video, we are going to have a closer look at CSS transform and transition properties. CSS transforms move or change the appearance of an element, while CSS transitions make the element smoothly and gradually change from one state to another.

Action Items
Transform on hover: try changing the transform property of an element while hovering over the parent container (eg. try targeting the modules when hovering over the parent column). Make sure that the transformation effect is smooth by applying the transition to the element.
